Unable to find effect even after it has been scanned and located
I downloaded and installed a third party Audio Effects plugin. Cakewalk scans and recognises it. But when I go to insert audio effects, I can't find it.
How do I find and insert it in a track?

It helps to know the name of the plug-in.
It may also help to know exactly where the plug-in dll is installed on your PC.
