Hello, I am having a similar frustrating problem and cannot seem to solve it. I'm running Windows 10 update 1909. The latest Bandlab Cakewalk update will not recognize my Midi device even though it is the same as my audio interface a Roland Rubix 22. The Drivers are working and listed in Audio but I have no controller (keybooard) or ability to playback or record Midi. I've read the above and will give those a try. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks
