  1. Well, kinda seems sketchy. Usually there's at least a couple anecdotes from the crowd here. I'm thinking no opinion is similar to a bad opinion in this case.
  2. Check it out here: Arturia 8pre I like the idea that it can be used as an interface OR an 8 pre expansion. Leaves you able to update to another interface if you want. I don't know much about their interfaces. Anyone used one?
  3. The keys sound really great to my ears. The mechanical elements of the 200 especially.
  4. Personally I can't listen to anything without a heap of 24k-26k! Everything else just sounds so lifeless. 🤣
  5. Just an FYI for the keys. They come with SD samples on initial install but you can download the HD samples from waves. It's just bigger.
  6. Wait... This is what the sale prices are? 😂
  7. Lol, JRR are so notorious for jumping the gun. Its kinda funny. I really think these Gems have some of the best and most beautiful UIs going.
  8. Just an FYI for people using the free version... There are a couple additional modules that are free and you can add them by installing them separately. Away from my computer at the moment so can't recall their names.
  9. This just reminded me to re-install my Nomad plugins. So thanks for that. I think this might be the most convoluted authorization scheme I've ever used. It's hair-pullingly ridiculous!
  10. I like amplitude too. It's a little newer, so it feels newer to use. Both can sound pretty great really.
  11. I'd say it's very worth it if you play guitar. One thing I wish I had known is Bias FX is kinda the flagship product. Bias Amp is more for tweaking the circuit of the amp. Both are fun. Bias FX is more for tweaking your whole signal chain. I bought Amp and then FX. Kinda wish I had reversed that order. Mostly I wish it was all one thing. Somehow I ended up with all three Bias Pedal stuff for free over time. (Distortion, modulation, delay) Bias Pedal is also more for tweaking the pedal circuit. You can use your gear from Bias Amp and Bias Pedal in Bias FX ETA: I also think they sound pretty damn good. Super fun for a guitar player
  12. My favorite is how they advertise on Facebook and say "free updates" How on earth can you ask people to pay every month and then claim 'free updates' Makes no sense at all.
  13. Well ok, but this is the only plugin I have this problem with out of several hundred.
  14. So here's the response I got from United Audio: Seems questionable to pass the buck like this.
  15. Just checked in Poo-Tools and it works as expected. Seems to have something to do with the minimum width of the plugin header in Studio One
  16. Is it just me or does this thing look HORRIBLE in studio one? You can resize it but the aspect ratio is really screwy.
  17. So is this worth the download to those who have it? I play guitar but maybe this would be ok for writing?
  18. Yeah, I only say that because it's a hidden panel that a lot of people seem to miss at first.
  19. Are you using the input and output?
  20. I got it recently and I also think BFX 2 is well worth the upgrade.
  21. Been about 10 of these sales since anything new
  22. OK gotcha. So there is no discount if you have, for example, 1 out of 3 in a set? So in my case having one filter doesn't lower the price of the set of 3 filters?
  23. I have one of the three filters... where can I find info about a discounted price?
