  1. Well that would have been more fun if the image actually showed up.... 😬
  2. I've got all the guns I need already https://images.app.goo.gl/8iur7BibhZLSWmno6
  3. I was kinda disappointed when I bought the Orange collection. The presets and volume on some amps are all way out of wack. I definitely like Amplitube, but the one thing I don't love is that all the collections use different generations of audio engine (or whatever the proper term is) If and when Amplitube 5 comes out it would be nice if the amps were all brought up to the same quality level. It's pretty hodgepodge as it is now.
  4. Thanks Jim, I appreciate the insight.
  5. Jim, since you seem to be the resident computer building expert, I was wondering if you have any advice on sound dampening a computer case? Is this something people even do or is it more common to buy a case that is made for that already? I would be concerned that any dampening material might act as heat insulation and trap more heat in the case. Thanks!
  6. Alright, so I had to install something called "Softube download helper" first...
  7. Hmm... used Softube central to try updating. Every plugin failed updating and said "unknown error"
  8. I'm suuuuper lazy these days so I'll be waiting for the third round.
  9. Funny waves hasn't sent anything out about this new plugin. Kinda just seems like a limiter though
  10. If only the Canadian dollar wasn't also 50% off right now 🤣

    Get Ready!

You couldn't have told me this 10 years ago?
  12. Only about six 🤣
  13. Another licence question from yours truly... So if I only authorize my licence on iLok and not in my Izotope account, where does the record for my purchase exist if I have problems down the road?
  14. Hmm.... my code won't register on the izotope site
  15. Finally it's expensive enough for my exquisite taste.
  16. Yeah, the price seems pretty unreal.
  17. This looks pretty nice. Anyone put this to the test?
  18. Highly recommend reading over this thread before you update: https://forum.positivegrid.com/topic/3594/bias-fx-2-this-preset-requires-bias-amp-2?page=1
  19. According to the forum, the new update means you can't download amps from the Tonecloud that use custom amps from BiasAmp unless you also own Bias Amp. That wasn't the case earlier. Taking away functionality would be an interesting way to operate.
  20. If only they worked on making it run better
  21. I'm using a first gen Scarlett as well. It seems to be getting worse lately... I hate how hard it is to verify. Is it software, drivers, DAW, OS? Who knows .. lol
  22. I've tried TwoNotes WoS, Pulse by Lancaster Audio and the native IR loader in BiasFX 2 Mostly I've found them all over engineered. I just want a list of files that I can click on to load the IR (i.e. similar to Windows File Explorer). The ones I've used are either way too many useless bells and whistles (i.e. TwoNotes) or they truncate file names to the point they're useless (i.e. Pulse and BiasFX) MixIR seems like it might be more up my alley because the list looks nice. $50 to just load IRs seems steep however. At the end of the day I just want to play guitar and I've found I waste too much time fiddling with the IR loader. EDIT TO ADD: Another thing that I don't need at all is extra EQs and Reverbs built-in. I already have plenty that are probably better.
