Ive attempted using chrome, edge, and firefox. All of them are up to date and none of them worked.

Yup. The sign up button successfully redirects me to a browser to create an account. I already have an account though so it just brings me to the BandLab dashboard.

I already contacted support about 6 hours ago. No response yet.

Over 20 days later and this is still an issue. The login button isn't working for me either. In the task manager, there is a drop down menu on the BandLab Assistant with seemingly duplicates, but ending these tasks crashes the assistant. It's not uncommon for apps to have these "duplicates" anyway.

I have tried running it as administrator multiple times and my only antivirus is windows defender, which says it hasn't blocked anything. I will still try turning it off briefly. Thanks for trying to help!

I have the exact same issue. I've been struggling for over an hour trying to install Cakewalk. It must be a newer issue...

I contacted support yesterday and they said their engineers are investigating the issue. Now we just have to wait.
