  1. I contacted support yesterday and they said their engineers are investigating the issue. Now we just have to wait.
  2. Ive attempted using chrome, edge, and firefox. All of them are up to date and none of them worked.
  3. Yup. The sign up button successfully redirects me to a browser to create an account. I already have an account though so it just brings me to the BandLab dashboard.
  4. I already contacted support about 6 hours ago. No response yet.
  5. Over 20 days later and this is still an issue. The login button isn't working for me either. In the task manager, there is a drop down menu on the BandLab Assistant with seemingly duplicates, but ending these tasks crashes the assistant. It's not uncommon for apps to have these "duplicates" anyway.
  6. I have tried running it as administrator multiple times and my only antivirus is windows defender, which says it hasn't blocked anything. I will still try turning it off briefly. Thanks for trying to help! Edit: Still doesn't work
  7. I have the exact same issue. I've been struggling for over an hour trying to install Cakewalk. It must be a newer issue...
