Yes nice funky smooth groove there.

I like the song, it's very cool. I would love to hear some drums come crashing in later in the song and kind of rock it out.

The mix sounds good to me. Interesting song, different sounds than the usual. So you are playing live drums on this?

Sounds good.

Recording and band sound good. I'm not a fan of the snare sound but that's just me.

Good catchy song. There are timing issues. There's lot's of videos on cakewalk editing, most are too technical for me but you can pick up some knowledge.

Are you able to stretch or shrink things? I always have smart selected.

These guys are good. I think the kick is a little to much. Overall it sounds kind of like the meters are just in the red where you get some distortion. Are you using a lot of compression and trying to get max volume? Seems a bit squished.

Interesting mix of synths sounds and orchestral sounds.

Great job.

It's an art for sure, Hidden Symmetry gets such great mixes where everything sounds so distinct and clear, I struggle with it every time.

The guitars seem a little dull, kind of like a thin blanket over them, they need a little air.

It's creepy and it's kooky!

That's a really good sounding song, you guys nailed it. I do think there's too much delay on it though, it's kind of distracting from an otherwise great track.

Cool song! Lot's interesting details in there. Great Vocals.

I'm hearing some Leon Russell. Great playing!

I really like your song and the arrangement is pretty good. The strings and piano are great. I agree that the bass is too soft. I think it would sound nice if you doubled the vocal on the chorus (not a harmony, just double it) and pan one to one side a little to give it extra fullness. I think some call and return backup vocals would sound nice there too.
Good job on this for sure.

Hi Kurt , thanks for the comments how do you edit your live instuments ? do you konw any tutorials tips etc other than quantizing cheers p
Never had any luck with batch quantizing, I do it with audio transients. Change track clips to transient, zoom in, if you click on the track you can bring up the audio snap window - I like to slide the threshold on the right to about 75% that cuts down on the number of markers generated. Then you can shrink or stretch you notes as needed. This takes some trial and error and it can be over done where it distorts the sounds. I frequently move the markers to more precisely manipulate the segment. I always align the bass with the drums, it's amazing how much tighter the track sounds after that. Rhythm guitar, you have to be conservative because it can make for weird sounds. Pretty time consuming but I find it fun.

This computer is only about a year old so not going to get a new one. I think I will continue to stall on the update. When I switched from my old computer to this one it was about a week of computer hell trying to get cakewalk with all the plugins working right again.

Is the consensus that windows 11 upgrade is pretty safe with cakewalk? I feel tempted to do it but also afraid of the consequences. Anyone still have unresolved issues?

Good song. sounds pretty good too. The only thing I would do is turn up the bass a bit.
