fixed the missing tutti samples on the sample library.

Now "tutti" samplemaps are audible and all the presets using them will sound correctly.

Tip: Main buttons on the interface Left and Right Panels (Compression, Settings, EQ, etc) are click+move (swipe) buttons. So click and move right while holding to enable them and click and move left to disable.

I managed to download the piano plugin and could not get a clean sound out of it. All sounds come out distorted and full of noise no matter how high the samples were. On top of that:

- Your website states that the plugins are VST3. They're not. Putting them where VST3 plugins are and scanning them yields no results.
- Initially I thought you had to download the plugin and the samples separately, then I was surprised to find the plugin along with the samples in the samples download. What? Not only that, but the dll bundled with the samples has a different name and is detected as a different plugin too.
- There are no installation instructions for the samples anywhere.

As for the UI:
- The UI is very dark and has contrast issues. People that are visually impaired will have a hard time using the plugin.
- Many of the buttons are unresponsive when you click on them. When I opened the settings to see if I could fix the audio issues, the plugin would not close it no matter how much I clicked on the button.
- The presets section seems to have a cork, as clicking it the first time doesn't load a preset, but rather shows "ScriptLabel1" instead.

Yes, true! Videos are only ment as a teaser/anouncement of the plugins so not much useful info on them.  Demonstration and tutorial videos will be made in future, i will post links here when they are up!

Briefly, The ORCHETOOLS PIANO S is a VST3 piano instrument plugin with plenty of editing tools to create new sounds.
While ORCHESTOOLS FUNIMATOR is a VST3 effect plugin that modulates volume and filter of the incoming audio with LFO modulators based on pattern that user creates with available sliders.

There will be a number of new instruments released next few months. Will use this thread to post them as they get published. The first bunch is set to be released on January 3rd.

I think i found a way to have ORCHESTOOLS ONE patches work in Sampletank 4 CS plus utilise some of its new features. I have to manualy edit all the single patches though and then try to reconstruct the multis - so it will take some time. 

On the preset browsere side - I will enter and resave tags and descriptions on each preset. In this way it will be possible to have a similar overview of presets - simmilar to the folder structure of version 3 - meaning you can now more easely isolate and find Orchestools One  patches in the version 4 browser.  In other words what used to be folders with presets on version 3 will now be lists of presets names and group tags as they appeared on version 3!
 
I will post the links and installlation guide as soon as it is finished, - it will take some time however, sometimes during january i  hope!

 

Been working for a while now on porting the popular ORCHESTOOLS ONE library for sampletank3 to dedicated VST instruments. Thus the ORCHESTOOLS SECTIONS | FREE PUBLIC ORCHESTRA idea was born. It is comprised of 4 virtual instruments built on the same Versilian Studios VSCO 2 Community Edition sample library.

The first three instruments - ORCHESTOOLS | STRINGS, ORCHESTOOLS | BRASS and ORCHESTOOLS | WINDS cover, as their name suggests, specific sections of the orchestra. Each has 4 layers in which different samplemaps can be loaded to create various sounds and textures  and each layer can be independently edited with plenty of controls for amplitude, filtering, LFO and ENVELOPE modulation, dynamics and effects. All of them feature a preset library with over 100 factory presets and favorite and search funcionality. The fourth instrument - ORCHESTOOLS | PERC has all mentioned features but has 6 layers and a somewhat different UI.

I don't have SampleTank 3 already installed in my machine. My IKmultimedia account doesn't give me any v.3 download option, only v.4.

Sorry about that... I guess i will have to get onto working on a sampletank 4 version. The new version 4 editor for sampletank looks powerful.
I need a sampletank 4 licence though and at this tough time it is an unafordable purchase! Sometime during 2021 i hope!

i Just checked my IKmultimedia account, on user area/my products besides sampletank 4 CS and other free stuff - i still have access to download and register Sampletank Custom shop version 3.7.3 which is the best version to use with ORCHESTOOLS ONE. So, register an account and try to download and install. It should work!   

 

On second thought - maybe it is not safe to download from this source also.

Seems like the update of the library for sampletank 4 is in order. I just have to get my hands on Sampletank 4 copy and its editor app!

Have you tried to move the "Imported Samples" of the Orchestools One into  the "Samples" folder of Sampletank 4, as suggested here? https://musictop69.wixsite.com/orchestools/orchestools
It does work for presets and for most of the Multipresets, though some errors occur one some of multipresets!

Also, i think you can still download Sampletank 3.7.2 from this link: https://allpcworld.com/sampletank-vst-3-7-free-download/   -  Maybe it's worth giving it a try since Orchestools One works best with this version. I don't know though if this version can be authenticated by ikmultimedia nowadays!

You might also may want to check the soon to be released ORCHESTOOLS | SECTIONS (https://musictop69.wixsite.com/orchestools/orchestools-two) a set of four VST instruments, each with 4 layers and built using the same library used for Orchestools One, the incredible Versilian Studios VSCO 2 CE orchestral sample library!
