Where is the similarity and who said it must be cheaper to buy an intermediary version first? Makes totally no sense to bring Steinberg into this thread with a lame comparison .  Any word about my example above?  

I donate you 100,- € via PayPal if you find another dev upgrade plan which is even worse then the Melda example above. I know you can't so no risk for me.

That isn't the fact in reality. An example: They offer me in my account an upgrade to MEssentialsFXBundle (10 plugins) where i can get one additional plugin for 232 EUR. The other nine plugins of that bundle which i already own they calculated with 24 EUR spent from my side .  That is just one example and even that "wrong" calculation from them getting worse and worse because when i click on that link they only deducted 17 EUR not 24 EUR from what i've "spent" for nine plugins according to their user-friendly calculation. So a bundle with ten plugins which cost 249 EUR  from which i already bought nine from resellers i got now an offer to buy the last plugin for 232 EUR.. Do you find it still pretty straightforward?

Same with their upgrade prices for bundles if you bought single plugins via a reseller and not directly from them. Terrible behaviour. I'm done with them.

Been asked for page 60 and the second word of the big headline and it worked (That was  for the content of the magazine).

Then i visited the site  serialcenter.de and they asked for the third word on page 82. Worked too (Serial sended for Waves Element 2)

This is the one which was free last year for every ST4 user.  Check if you already have it.. :-)

Lucky me: I forgot the basket @ PA with a voucher and a plugin already reduced to $49.99 a few days ago. Now i reedem the $25 code as well and it work! Despite the mail it accepted both vouchers. Don't know if it work if you put something fresh in the basket btw.
