BandLab Assistant 5.1.0 Problems

I had same issues here, I reinstall my Windows 10 then download latest Bandlab Assistant, and then I run with administrator rights, but stuck in download (1/0) is there any solution for it? I try restart my windows and also reinstall Bandlab Assistan but the problem is still exist.
