  1. Even when I remove ARC and reinstall and rescan, Cakewalk finds it, but doesn't report it as new which I expect it should.
  2. The path to the dll is C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VstPlugins and this is entered as a path in Cakewalk, as a result Cakewalk finds it and scans it but it won't show in the list of available plugins. This is getting frustrating
  3. Ok, Cakewalk will find ARC during the scan, but it won't show in my list of plugins to install. I have tried creating a log and it shows in the log, I just can't see it as an option to add in the plugin manager. It is not set to excluded either.
  4. I have a few paths entered into Cakewalk where plugins reside, however I have not been able to verify that ARC is correctly installing into one of them. This is despite it appearing to do so when I install it, as it does ask me where to install and I do select one of the paths. I will generate a log and see if it provides any insight. Thanks!
  5. I have just reinstalled Cakewalk as well as the IK Multimedia ARC 2 VST 64 bit plugin and no matter what I do, I cannot get ARC to show in my list of installed plugins within Cakewalk: -I have uninstalled ARC and reinstalled ARC. -I have reset and rescanned my VST plugins within Cakewalk numerous times with no luck and I am out of ideas. -I have set Cakewalk to rescan existing plugins -I have tired all combinations of the above Does anyone know why the plugin isn't showing in the list? It used to work perfectly.
  6. Hello Noel, I am running 2019.07 build 79. The next time I get a hang, I'll create the dump file and will send it to you. Thanks!
  7. I didn't want to disrupt Colin Nicholl's thread with my problem, so here is my own post: I too seem to be getting the audio dropout notice all the time now on my machine, but I also am getting a reproduceable crash. If I leave Sonar without using it for long enough (a few minutes), I get a white screen and Sonar is no longer responsive and I am forced to end the task through task bar. It seems if I work on Sonar without taking a break, it doesn't crash. This white screen issue also seems to be related to the newest update. I haven't backed up any of my installs, is there anyway I can revert to the previous version? Could this be corruption of a my current project?
