"Your free Berzerk Distortion plugin will arrive by email within 4 hours." .... it was 1 hour now 4? lol6 minutes ago, simon said:FWIW I got impatient and registered again - it came through pretty quickly after that

Awesome, did you get the link to donwlod or serial number in your inbox?
-
Already went there, clicked get it here, then you have to input your email address, then it will say within the hour you will get your link... then why did we "subbed" to it ages ago so that on 29th we'd get it if we have to go through a process again?

It appears that the earlier lower price deal is expired (or was a mistake).
Too bad, for 29 is a no brainer, is prob the best bass vst... but 69 ... too much... lol, thanks.

Guitar solos were so good and the tone was pretty good. Lots of talent within the song.

I love you thanks, Reference headphone edition saved my life (thanks to Zo for suggesting it) . I wonder if I'd need just the headphones edition or the studio one

Time to start downloading all demos!!! I think Crimson is a saturator my eye is on it.

Wow great prices, Songkey alone is worth a look.

Softube is a shaping tools , don't exepct the woah with tweaks .... drive , go modern back up dynamics , use low pass ....this will start to make you smile
But then I tried my new Gem EQ plus Kush's and Softube's Tape, and got better results. THANK GOD Harmonics is not for me (so now I only have to spend 20 bucks on Kush's instead of 45 in Harmonics). I really wanted to love it

I tested it on various sources, never excited me. But now I tested on a drums buss, character knob finally made me smile

Demoed Harmonics now too. Not impressed at all. Kush's still my fave, but your taste may vary (but I really don't recommend Harmonics, not against it though).

Instead of spending on this https://www.waproduction.com/plugins/view/vocal-splitter you can use this FREE Chorus (Mercuriall), just tried it on vocals and sounds as good as the video demo. https://mercuriall.com/cms/details_freestuff

So after you having tried all these Nueral amps, are you saying most don't sound good to you and are muddy? And if so, is that the case w/ both guitar and bass? Curious
Oh no, guitars sound as they should I think, just the bass Direct sounds kinda muddy, and Darkglass brings it to life, and I tested this using now Amplitube afterwards in the chain, sounds lovely, finally. With guitars I have no issue in the muddy part, although I haven't found my tone.
On the other side, Neuraldsp sound pretty good, but no matter what I do they sound too hot, even if I lower the input a lot, I feel I can't get a mid-way saturation/distortion. But these amps sound crisp as hell, that's for sure. -

You've been mentioning how your sound is often muddy when plugging into these sims. What's your interface? Your front end can make all the difference too. Just saying, because I don't experience this muddiness you've been talking about. These amp sims basically require a rating of 1m ohm to deliver the right signal to the amp sim for it to perform optimally.
Scarlett 2i2. Vintage Modified Squier 5 string bass with Seymour Duncan's Quarter Pound (upgrade), 500 pots vs 250 (so the sound is more "open") and orange cap (so you get better lows and a more defined sound).

Zo ooo, have you tried the Darkglass before Amplitube (level volume before and after your base tone, then shoot Amplitube). You can shape the tone more with it, finally Amplitube isn't muddy! Awesome!
