Thanks for the help. Since I am already having trouble downloading a Bandlab update, I think I will get the Sonar program as suggested.

Hello all, My music computer has been in storage for 30 months.....when I put it away I was running Windows Pro 8.1 with Sonar 8.5 Studio. I have updated to Windows 10 and installed Bandlab Cakewalk but I haven't had time to explore the program. Do I have to do anything special to open, edit and save my previous Sonar projects? What about the plug-ins and software synths (Dimension Pro, EZ Drummer etc.) I was using? Thanks for the help. Kim
