... did that. nothing. I'm fairly convinced it's a problem with protonmail servers not allowing the account confirmation emails. No idea why. Other emails from bandlab get through. I should probably raise a ticket

interesting.... so i signed up with my private domain email This time I got the confirmation link straight off the bat. so... could it be a protonmail problem?

So.. I joined bandlab.com the other day. The welcome email didn't contain a confirmation link. Then, I tried to chat with a member and got a message that I need to confirm my email. So went to account > settings > email and clicked the 'resend email' button. Nothing is coming through, have tried it several times, checked junk and spam, etc it's a protonmail address. Any idea what to do?
