  1. That looks like a nice unit. Now I know who PA is trying to compete with!! LOL!
  2. I am all tapped out for things I can get. Even if they add stuff, it would have to be below the $99 level, and it can't be anything in Amplitube, or T-Racks!! So that doesn't leave me many options at all.
  3. Making sure you get your point across Fleer!!!?
  4. That's what I did and am doing for the MODO series. I just got MODO Bass recently, and am waiting for MODO Drums to go on sale. That may take a year or more!! I didn't want to wait on this Brian May deal though.
  5. Gotta be quick to catch that worm! LOL
  6. If you got 30 Jam points, you can by 100 gear credits for $69. Then use those 100 gear credits you just bought to get Brian May Collection. So you only pay$69 for it. That's cheaper than $80!! That's what I did. That's why I said I wasn't going to wait on this one!! The way I see it, it's still on sale!! : )
  7. Really haven't bought anything that has me going 'Oh Yeah!!" But I gotta give Izotope props for MP 2.1 The most fun prize has to be Amplitube 4 MAX that I got with the Total Studio MAX back in November. Really loving that Leslie, the Fulltone Collection, and the Fender 2 collection. Those three are my favs right now. Also liking SampleTank 4. Using that with BiaB works really well. Haven't even tried Miroslav with BiaB yet. But I will before too long. I have just been going back to re-discover some of the older/new stuff I have. Like EZD2, EZK, JamStix, AAS synths, and writing more songs with them this year than I have in a long while. Life is good. : )
  8. Good advise. I have a WD Passport 2tb that I use for a lot of things in my work on a Surface Pro 3 w/an i7 in it. Once you get working with things that your use to working on (IOW CbB, BiaB) you will forget that your working off a 5,400rpm drive. Untill you hit the limit, and when you hit it, you will know it!! And you won't go beyond it!! LOL So if you don't want to hit that limit, get something else. But if your like me and don't mind the 'limits', you can work with it within reason on the cheap!!

    Waves Weekend Deals

Before you spend at Waves.com, send Koby an email and tell him what you would like to do. You never know. Koby has hooked me and many others up with deals we didn't think he could/would do. Just ask.
  10. I don't have the T-Racks version, but I can tell you that Amplitube version rocks. Love the way you can change the amp, use stomp boxes in front, tailor the way mics set up, and all the control of the cabinet and amp that you have in Amplitube. Not saying one is better, just giving MHO on the Amplitube Leslie version. I love it!
  11. Used my Jampoints to buy 100 Gearcredits for $69! It's on sale now people!! And I got it!!
  12. Tiger, thanks for the tip about using 'Other' for the filter in the Styles browser. I looked and I don't have any of the XSP other than the first one. So I am looking to see which ones I want. I may just break down and get them all while they are on sale. Looking through them now.

    Waves Weekend Deals

Lots of $29 deals that will be better with code at everyplugin.com. Lots of$39 deals too. And $49 deals. $69 deals too. I quit looking after that!! : ) Who do they think they are? PA?!! LOL
  14. That's a good deal. I would get this, but I just got a WD My Passport 4tb not long ago in a sale you posted Larry. That's a lot of space!!
  15. Steven, Peter would be the best to answer the return/trade in if you don't like it question. To try stuff, you need Custom Shop app. Did you let that install? If not get it. If you did, start it up and leave it running to try stuff. It's pretty painless. I don't know if it will let you try Amplitube Max, but if it does, that's the way to go!!
  16. Bat, the low end gives me the most difficulty. Just like you, it's ok on my system, my low end is good. Play it on something else and it's way over the top. But on another system it's acceptable. I am just not good at mastering. Melda and Izotope makes some stuff that helps. It just doesn't come easy to me!! I gotta work at it. : )
  17. Agree with Mesh LT, really like your stuff. Love your playing. It's some of the best out there. Phrasing is what sets it apart. You sing really well too. Was never much a fan of the real deep throaty sound of most heavy metal. Well the way it went for a while. Anyway.. great idea to have the fans send in video. It shows the excitement of the show and it translates well in the video!! Good job. And LT, when this song was first released I listened to it and really liked it, thought it really couldn't get any better. But I listened to the whole album and ya'll have really done a great job. A lot of them towards the end of the cd sound awsome. Great job and effort.
  18. I liked this as is Tom. Don't change it!! Leave it. : ) The beginning was nice with that bass groove going and other instruments falling in. As I was listening, I kept wondering was people palying along with you? Or was this all done ITB? Loved the piano break in the middle, how the drums stopped, the bass kept going then... just you, with a different section all your own. Is that someone picking a guitar after this piano solo? And when the drums do come back in they have a very real feel to them. And as others have said, the Theremin... that just took it to another place. Really good work from a creative point. Not even gonna comment on the mix, but since you asked... Excellent job all around.
  19. Not bad. Nice tune. I could hear the other guitar. Was that you also? What mic was you using? I got some old stuff I might post.
  20. Quite impressive at that. You keep strumming, sounds great to me. As I am listening I am trying to figure out how you used only two fingers!! Good work. : )
