  1. I did the same thing. Already had all I wanted. And even with a $50 voucher there was nothing to make me pull the trigger. In fact, I tried to get a dynamic deal going, but when I put the $29 plugins in the cart, the dynamic deal got taken away. It would let me do the deal at the $49 plugins, but not the $29 ones. And I thought that was real lame. Real lame. Deal breaker for me. : (
  2. It's our pleasure to listen to such good song crafting. If you do replace that piano, repost and let us hear.

    IK Labor Day Deals

How new is it? Early model? Recent model? How many plugins? Asking for a friend!
  4. Good story Freddy. You must know something about cars... with a 4:11 gear.... in the rear!! Good playing and mixing. Vocals sounded good and kept my intrest all the way through the song. Again, good story!
  5. Well I noticed the same as everyone else about the piano. But the way you played it sounds good. Just a better piano sound would make it stand out much more. Guitar tone and playing was wonderful. Really nice work. Good song.
  6. I like it too. Sounds nice. Choice of instruments you have now fit very well together.
  7. Agreed!! That may be going a bit too far!! But a Ric Beato video "What Makes This Song Great" : )
  8. Do you mean updating? Or a redesign?

    Harvest MIDI Plugin

No, it doesn't drag/drop midi sequences, but it can load and save the midi. It also records the sequence into the daw. From there you can drag/drop all you want. Not sure what limitations the demo has. I didn't demo it. It's worth the $49 asking price. And on sale it's a great deal. Forgot to add that it has multiple undo!! Even has a humanize feature. This is one powerful little plugin.
  11. I am not reading this thread anymore!!
  12. I haven't seen IK do this. Which is a very good thing too!! We'd notice that for sure!: ) IK has been pretty much above board in all cases. All except for keeping Larry in the ne-ga-tive in JamPoints for the rest of his life may be a bit over the top!! JK : )
  13. This is what I was talking about. ^^^ We sure are Peter. Your one of the good guys!! : ) See what I mean!!?

    Harvest MIDI Plugin

Exactly Zinc. The locking if the notes is what sold me and that function works greaat!! I have already got me about 5 or 6 grooves I made up with it. Can't wait to get home with my controller. This will be fun.
  15. I liked it. Strings were really well done. I liked the low end strings coming in at the end. Really gave it a nice finish. Guitar sound good and nice. Again, I liked it. Good effort.
  16. Definitely hear the Floyd in there. I was trying to think of a way to describe the feeling I was getting from this. Space-trippy was what I came up with!! Really good organ sound. Started listening to it on the speakers here at work, but after listening twice, I wasn't sure t was translating right. So I took out my Bose headphones and that made a difference! I could see the sound stage and hear everything much more clearly and balanced. Good song I like it. Nice mix and good job on the master.

    Harvest MIDI Plugin

Not bad little plugin. I am at work and trying to learn/use it on my Surface Pro with out any input controller other than the keys that come with CbB, and that just ain't working to well. It's best if you have the controller in front of you along with the screen to see. But from what I can pick up and do so far, it's really easy to get a grip on. Not that hard at all. One thing I like about it is it lets you change the size of the note from a whole note to a 64note all within the same sequence. Which allows for some very interesting grooves. And you can save the sequence as midi clips. I won't get a chance to try it out till maybe tomorrow. But I am looking forward to this one.
  18. You will not be disappointed!! I love 'em!

    Harvest MIDI Plugin

This was a great find Larry. Watched the video. Video was ok, but it did show the potential of this thing. Just d/l it and going play. Will be back to let ya'll know how it went.
  20. Amplitube and T-Racks stuff. No SampleTank stuff. This will go down in history as the best GB eva!! Buy one get eight free!!??
  21. Depends on what you don't have. You can look around and get deals on things then register what you bought and get full price credit in the GB. Exp: I got the Fender Collection for $49 at JRR. Registered it, and in the group buy I got credit for a $99 product. Then I was able to get all the Tape Machines for $49!! And as Larry points out: You can get Arc for $99 and register it and get $149 credit in the GB. Then pick what you want out of the GB Promotion for that price. This is a no-brainer. But you do have to put some thought into what you want/don't have and make sure you buy something with enough $$$ to get you wnhat you want/need.
