  1. It will take much time grasshopper!!

    Zero G World Pack

I was going to get it, but sat for a minute wondering how I would browse through them. The only sample browser I have is the one in Cakewalk. Unless I have something I am not seeing.
  3. Also got the Twisted pack and the Retro Funk pack. Both are really excellent for much more than the name suggests.
  4. Contact their sales support. They will see what's going on. Are you trying to buy through Custom Shop? Or on IK webstore?
  5. Been looking at the Southern Rock since it came out. Jumped on this!!
  6. I also went and grabbed the Music Box Suite after demo'ing the free version. Really like their stuff.
  7. Grabbed Phoenix: Mirage, the string and choir synth. Thanks Larry. [edit] Corrected my purchase. I am liking this synth. I like the way it's laid out. Very simple and very easy to use. Has some great sounds right off the bat!
  8. This is a good EQ. Love the way it sounds. Works on everything I ever put it on!
  9. Some, yes. I am having different results with the VST version over the stand alone app. Both have bugs. Example, on my Surface Pro I am experiencing ASIO troubles with the stand alone. I can get it to work (like Larry mentioned in one post) but I got to fiddle with the inputs!? Weird. And there is no set way that I found that works. So last night at work I was trying to play AT5, then switched to AT4. Then when I would switch back after that (IOW restart AT5) I had to fiddle and fiddle with sound settings. I got tired of having to fiddle with the sound settings to get it to work and just quit messing with it. Real shame because it does sound so damn good!! With the VTS 3 on my Surface I can't even get it to work with Cakewalk. Crashes every time. Haven't tried the VST 2 version yet. I will tonight. On my main music PC it works in Cakewalk in ASIO. UAD drivers. But I am finding lots of little bugs. Like putting the Pultec clone in the rack has lot of distortion. That's ain't working right. Also the 610 comp's VU meter ain't working. And if the comp is working, I can't tell. Hardly makes a difference if the Threshold is turned all the way to the right or left. There are other things, these are off the top of my head. When I am trying AT5 out I am wanting to play, not log bugs. : )
  10. Ok I have had a few hours with AT5. Sounds damn good. Really good. A/B'd alongside AT4 and really no comparison. But I can tell you this much for sure: It's not ready to be released. I am finding bugs in the standalone program that I feel like I am part of the "Early Release" testers. Sounds really good and when they get all this stuff ironed out it will be a go-to app for sure. But as of now, I can't use it as a practice replacement for AT4 yet. It's just too buggy.
  11. Nope I was wrong. Looked around the web site after I d/l the zip (lots more free stuff there too!) and saw what it (Body Sounds) was all about. I am a sick individual.
  12. Body sounds? You know what the first thing that popped into my head when I read this? Then I let my mind wonder..... and I don't think I'll post that journey. But it's free? Why not!! I really just want to see if I was right!!
  13. ASIO with Universal Audio works here. I did find some bugs too. They should setup a place to deliver these bug reports so all this can be condensed into a few releases. As far as the sound goes, I saw where someone posted tha the old amps sounded better. So I reached for one of my favs, the American Clean which is modled on a Mesa Mk I. Sounded great to me. And this was on my studio monitors. The reverb on this thing sounded fantastic. I thought a digtial delay was in there somewhere. But nope, it was the spring reverb on the Boogie. Sounded really good. Clean was really punchy, a lot like my Boogie Mk IV. Very good. Found a bug in a EQ module. The Pultec clone. I forget what IK calls it, but it distorts heavily just when inserted. No other EQ module does this. There were a couple of other things I found. Oh yeah, it crashes Cakewalk when I insert in on my Surface Pro. Stand Alone on Surface works!! Go figure.

    Toontrack Day 4

Yep. That's exactly where I am.

    Toontrack Day 4

Listened to a few of the examples... not sure how I could even use 'em!! Hard to pass.... But I think I will.
  16. Thanks Simon. Larry (and others) have pointed this out to me many times. I am always reluctant to go into another 'rabbit hole' that I don't really need. Let me explain a little. I bought into Dimension Pro, Zeta and Rapture long ago. It was all I ever needed really. It worked fine. And at that time there was no way I was paying what NI and IK wanted for samplers. So Dim Pro was it. Advance a few years and Larry dangles this carrot called Total Studio from IK in front of me for something like $99. And I bit. : ) Since then I have kept pretty much clear of any other Sampler other than Sample Tank. Only because it's all I need. Now I could go on and explain the other 'Rabbit Holes' I am currently in.... but that's TMI!!
  17. Same here. Hopefully they get it straight.
  18. Did not take it that way Steven. Took it as your were being helpful. Seems like a stupid question I know, but I don't own anything from NI except GR. And a lot of these posts I will look at only to realize.....
  19. Larry, looking on IK forum, no one else is saying anything about not hearing the presets. Maybe something on your end?
