Yes, this would be a great development. Update: I got through to Drew and he promptly sent a new serial # for my Zildjian ZP1. Registered it with no hitch and am d/l now.

Agreed about the GUI. Waves should update their UI for all the old plugins. Like they did for the Renaissance Series. Those look really good.

@TheSteven @Bapu thanks for the direction. Appreciate it. That's why I was asking, I didn't see one either. Thought maybe I couldn't see the forest for the trees. Yes they are. I would buy at least a couple if not more depending on the price. I don't have any of the BFD expansion kits.

Looking at my inMusic account, the Platinum Samples pack got migrated over. And registered. But no d/l available to install. What's up with that?

@Bapu Thanks. Starting to see the problems that everyone has been talking about. This is the first time I sat at my music computer and fired up the new and improved BFD. I have the Zildjian cymbal pack and the Platinum Samples Rock Legends Quick Pack ( not sure if that's only for BFD Eco?). And neither of those serial codes work in the new installer. Been keeping up with this thread on my phone, so I really didn't have any hands on experience with the new installer. Now that I am here I see what the problems are. the whole BFD 3 package!!!? Man I hope not, that took forever.

Matt you can go to your fxpansion still and it will show you what you have from them. But the third party stuff, IDK 'bout that. That may be gone if you can't remember. : ( I went to my fxpansion account because I knew I got the Zildjian cymbal pack, but couldn't remember if I got it from them or a third party. But they are registered in my account so your stuff could be there too? IDK I just can't remember who I got the cymbals from.

I have UAD's Ocean Way Studio plugin which is very similar to IK Sunset Studios. I prefer Sunset. It's not only the UI I like better, but the sound is there. Like someone said in a previous post, it does sound like a live room. I didn't get it when it first came out, so I didn't pay full price. I got it with some kind of deal I don't even remember. But when I used it alongside/compared it to UAD Ocean Way, I realized I spent my money well. $35 is no-brainer.
