@Kiloteq A video from @Simeon Amburgey helped me decide and I purchased the library (although I don't have enough space on my current drives to download it; I might delete some other libraries and report back). As Simeon noted, this isn't another straight Rhodes clone -- and I have a bunch of those. I especially like the clunk of the keys that Sonuscore recorded. I have Rhodes libraries I love -- notably, Orange Tree Samples Famous E -- but this library has more clunk in the keys and goes into unique sound design territory that I like. So, for $13.80 USD and supporting a talented developer...why not??? How about you? Did you pick it up?

I have also seen his videos on Pianoverse. He has been very helpful as a reference video for the instruments I am interested in.
His videos are dangerous because they stimulate my purchasing power. lol.
The sound of ro・ki is soft and very much to my liking. It's not the kind of thing I'm usually looking for, but maybe that's why I like it so much.

This is my third purchase from Sonuscore, but all of them were at a great price, so I am not sure if I can support them properly.🙃

  2. It is difficult to confirm with one, but we confirmed that generating many in a setting produces several sounds that are close to the original material.
It is very interesting, and I am now interested in Synplant2 as well.

Hey, you're the one who found it, so I blame you! lol.  We're a bunch of sample hoarders enabling each other. But at least this one's cheap. Under $15 USD is hard to resist.

It was certainly my sin. I pledge to patronize this library responsibly.
We are helpless before a very cheap sale. We must stop resisting in vain.👻

I don't even have the hard drive space and I wish it was a Wurli. But this is a talented dev and that price!!! I have a bunch of great Rhodes libraries in KONTAKT (the Famous E), SoundPaint and other formats. So why I am a still a sucker for a deal on a nice electric piano library?  Here's a preset playthrough video I found useful. I'm going to have dinner and think this one over.  I'm leaning towards getting it at the price just to have some cool additional presets. I really like the "slight edge" preset largely due to the clunk of the keys.

Thank you for the play video. I understand that you want to collect the same instruments that you like.
Thanks to you, no matter how much SSD I have, it's never enough.💥
The Slight Edge tone is indeed nice, and the fun ki is my favorite too. I was wondering if I should buy it, but if it has such a nice tone, my hesitation will be blown away.😉

Wow, thanks for taking the time to share those insights and observations, Carl. This is exactly the kind of honest and objective kind of review posts that are less likely to appear at developer revenue driven forums.  I wish we could archive this post in a review section. I realized long ago how important scripting is, especially for strings and guitar libraries.

That mapping does sound extremely odd. I hope the developer gets this feedback and listens.

I agree. Objective reviews are very helpful. I appreciate this thread very much.🙂

It hurts when someone recommends Hyperion and I remember how I ignored it when a guy told me it was available for $22.50 at JRR Shop in June. 🥲

For some reason, Tracktion tends to be particularly cheap at JRR. Perhaps a similar discount sale will come next June. Maybe that would be a good time to take advantage of it?

I’ve come to really appreciate the YouTube reviews from Arctic Fox, like the ones he did on UVI Falcon. Always fun and always to the point.

It is very interesting to see what you all are interested in and what you have prioritized to purchase at this time of the year.
It was a great opportunity to learn about things I didn't know about and very informative.

Technically I bought some with aftermarket F29 vouchers. As Of today I own it all. I also bought the $300 MEGA XXL for $200 (with an Avid Inner Circle $100 discount) and so next year I'll be able to pick out 10 of the 2024 releases with my year paid in advance voucher.

That's great, Mr. PA Master! I had been holding off on buying the annual bundle this year, believing it was coming, but recent developments seem to indicate that I was right to buy it at the same time as the individual releases.
I will be at the end of the year.
"PA Releases 2023" upfront for the best price of only $299 (MSRP $599)."
I want to scold myself for putting it off, believing that the "PA Releases 2023" would come again.😣
