I don't listen to metal much, but I thought this was great for that kind of music. Terrific guitar work.
Thank you Will! I appreciate you checking it out, and for the kind words! I admire your work as well!

This is great Daryl! I love the reggae beat. That bass line is awesome! I don't know what vsti you're using, but it fits the song perfectly. Cleverly written lyrics, as always. I love your voice as well! Mix sounds spot on to me. Great song man!

I thought it sounded good Tim! I've only heard Celtic folk type stuff from you before, so this is definitely a change! It's a good change though. I like the beat. It's got some nice deep lows without being muddy. I thought your voice sounded soulful, and I like the little Rhodes piano solos in there. Lots of stereo interplay going on. Very nice mix as well. Good job!

I liked it! It almost had a lullaby quality to it. Definitely keep messing with it and see what turns out!

Thank you for the kind words, Starise! I appreciate it man!

Cool picture of Randy.

I don't think you're likely to see any enhancements to the Sonitus line. They're too old. They do a great job though, I agree.

I always liked an sm57 pointed right at the speaker, around the outside of the cone, just about touching the grill cloth. In a live situation, it's great at rejecting background noise. If I'm in the studio, I'll normally add a large condenser several feet away to capture some room ambience.

My DAW is used to record my own music, simply for the love of music. No paychecks, unfortunately, but there's nothing like the feeling of creating something, and feeling like it's a good song and that it was well mixed.

I'm an offline Splat user who wants to upgrade to CbB. I'm thinking of buying a Wi-Fi hotspot to facilitate this. I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64bit. Will CbB work, or will I have to update to Windows 10? Thanks in advance!
