  1. I reverted back to the current version. But I saw absolutely nothing in Add Track.
  2. See in the photo where it says Soft Synth and the arrow on the right? That did not exist with the upgrade. There were no arrows to insert anything.
  3. I tried everything. I clicked where the tracks are loaded, I looked and clicked everywhere. It did not work for me.
  4. I downloaded the Early Access Update 2 and did not like one particular feature. On the current CbB when you to go Insert, you can find all your synths (as in the attached photo). But in the Update 2 you can no longer do that. For whatever reason, when you go to Insert, you don't find your synths. It was much easier the original way. So I reverted back to the older (current) version. And if that is not fixed (or kept the same), I'll won't upgrade. Keep it simple.
  5. I don't have any plugins on those tracks - unless a plugin on another track is messing things up. But they're plugins I've used all along and never had issues with. But you never know. I'll check and see. Thanks!
  6. I have a few audio tracks recorded. I even made sure the timing was correct by going into audio timing (alt+A) and fine-tuning it. But sometimes when I play it back, the audio timing is off on a track or two. Then I'll stop it and then play it back again, and it's fine. Then it will do it again later. And when I stop and then play it back, it's fine again.
  7. I got it to wok. I ran it as an administrator and tried to reinstall it in CC. It still said it needed to be reinstalled, but at least it's working. Thanks, scook!
  8. It shows that it's already installed in Command Center (the green light is on), but it says I need to reinstall it. I've tried several times, but it says it's not installed correctly. That's when I tried reinstalling an old version I had. I don't know how to get CC to install it correctly.
  9. I installed my old D-Pro from 2013. When I opened it, it said I needed a registration code. I went to my old account at Cakewalk and retrieved the registration code. But when I typed it in, it says it's invalid. How do I register it if the registration code is invalid? It's the only one I have.
  10. I finally downloaded Bandlab Assistant (Don't know why I hadn't before). When I signed on to that, it activated CbB. John Vere: My computer also saves all my log in info. But for whatever reason, it didn't work in the little CbB box.
  11. When I opened up CbB, a box came up that said I had to reactivate CbB within 13 days or my activation would expire. I used my email and password. Didn't work. I used my user name and password. Didn't work. I changed my password. Still didn't work. So what's the deal with this reactivation? And how do I do it?
  12. But if the enhancements are turned off for my interface, then it should be fine, correct?
  13. Noel Borthwick - I right-clicked on my SSL2 interface (checked green) and went to Properties. There I clicked on Disable all enhancements. thanks
  14. Yes, all audio comes through interface and monitors. I disabled PC audio thanks
  15. The sound wasn't good in headphones or my monitors. And "correct" to everything. I changed enhancements to the interface in Control Panel. thanks
  16. So if Windows 10 and audio enhancements have nothing to do with sound quality, what would cause bad sound?
  17. My audio drivers were all up to date, as I figured they were. The ASIO buffer was 512, so I changed it to 256. I disabled the enhancements (they were on). Sounds better. Thanks! I appreciate your help.
  18. No, this is in playback. I like the sound of the 4k.
  19. My interface is Solid State Logic SSL2. You guys may be right. I will be on my recording computer a little later today and will check everything. Thanks, Craig and CJ for your help.
  20. The audio drivers for my interface are all current. Driver buffers are optimized. The sound quality turned bad after the updates. thanks
