There's more numerical numbers that get skipped, but I needed 9 khz and that's how I found I couldn't get that! It's a huge issue in thier plugin! Thier answer in thier videos is to use shift + mouse, but that doesn't work either! It's a obvious bug.

No. I tried to email Cableguys this issue as they requested that I do, but not word for word they said "no comment for feature requests" as a reply to my email. I requested they create a way to hit the enter key on the keyboard, then be able to directly edit the numerical numbers. I was shutdown fairly quickly at that request and told to never email questions again.

I don't know about $250.. That's allot compared to $12 for Distrokid. RouteNote says it's handled by several streaming services and won't cost anything unless I wanted to play it in the USA, and a few other locations where there's a copyright law, then I'd have to get a mechanical license. Other than licensing, just curious how far I can change the song, before it comes too far. I've read, tempo, style, key can be changed. I've even heard you can change the gender of the song. Hi, I was thinking of lengthening a cover song by adding a instrumental break using the same melody as the song where there is no instrumental break. The song sits around 2 minutes and 19 seconds. I want to lengthen it to about 3 to 3.5 minutes by adding a instrumental break before the last chorus ending and also I plan to slow the tempo down of the song. I wonder if this would be legally okay or not? All suggestions welcome!

I want to do cover songs for songs that don't have cover songs You know... Be the first to do a cover song on a artist that doesn't have very many streams. Doing cover songs on huge artists doesn't get anywhere much, cause usually there's a ton of other people doing covers on huge artists too!

Oh well... It was a year or so ago .. The articles are removed or something. From what I remember... It was about one of the programmers that created the KSHMR plugin. He once was part of another company when it has something to do with thief of sounds created by the programmer (he was working as a sound designer) and reason why people kept getting thier music stuck in limbo because the sounds was already copyrighted that he was selling to others. So, the sketchiness of that programmer for this company is one of the reasons I refrain from buying anything from that company. Since I can't find the articles anymore, it could mean many things, but this is what I remember them talking about when KSHMR Chain plugin was introduced to the public. They mainly talked about that programmer of the plugin for the same company that this plugin is part of. I think he had a different company before this company. Maybe he changed his ways? Since they make plugins and not sound designing stuff? I would be more wary if they started selling plugins with sounds included in them. You might be safe with plugins from them that don't have included sounds. Just take this with a grain of salt.

I'll hunt down those articles for you. I would rather be accurate than say something I'd regret.

After the bad things I've heard about this company, I refrain from installing anything they create.

WARNING!!! Smart EQ 4 crashes Reaper! Yep, just like Smart Reverb, it crashes Reaper! I lost my whole project because of it! I couldn't load the project because Reaper would crash everytime it loaded Smart EQ 4!! After using a older backup file and writing over the project file, I find out that Reaper has a safe mode that will not load any VST. 😢 It's sad because I find out later after I overwrote the file. I ended up using Smart EQ 3 INSTEAD because it's stable! SMART EQ 4 should be known to be unstable for production!! Just a heads up!

I do mix mainly on headphones, but I tend to miss how much bass is coming out of the song. So, I listen using Yamaha HS5s for bass comparison. They help me avoid creating a song with "too much rumble". I once mixed a song using headphones only, took it to a brand new mini van, and it rumbled so horribly! I realized I had to get some monitors, so I could hear that, and prevent that! Once I got the monitors, I was able to correct the rumble!

Yeah... She did a live video stream today and I asked her about it. She says she didn't do anything special, other than harmonizing and layering vocals. So, I'm worried if I want the same effect, I might have to harmonize different or mess around with Melodyne to see if I can get that effect. It's like as if there's a frequency shift or something. I might just go crazy and really make it sound alien. On a different topic.... (About Cover songs and how she feels...) I asked her about my friend wanting to cover her song. She says only to put the cover song on YouTube and no where else. I really shouldn't have asked, as my friend wants to put it everywhere, especially since he's got to pay for a mechanical license and royalties! Why limit to just YouTube? Should he just go ahead, pay the license fees, and ignore the author's request OR just pay the license fees and put it on YouTube Music? Legally, he can put it everywhere, but it'll make the author of the song not happy. Not sure what to tell him to do. Because of the language barrier, she might not understand what I was asking or that she'd get paid for it?

I would like to know how ya'll think it was created... I have several thoughts and ideas, but nothing has fruited me any real results... like offsetting 2 vocals of different frequenies doesn't seem to create the effect... It does sound like the vocal is doubled with the "alien vocal" slightly in the background voice. Without sounding like it's a vocoder. Is it a special effect or the way it was sung... is it possible to recreate using just Melodyne? Despite her Live Streams on YouTube. Maybe she doesn't like part of my name "El Diablo" and is religious or something, cause none of my questions are making it thru to her. Or maybe she wants to keep it secret. Or my English is bad? Either way... can y'all help? So.... How to create Alien like vocal (without sounding like a vocoder) from the example provided? If it's a VST3, then even better! Less work Much Thanks!

This recent Black Friday 2023? I've bought mine from JRRShop in April 2023.. And I've also bought 3 other plugins of Sonible. You'd think the upgrade would be free for any owner before Black Friday 🧐 Maybe I'll just stop buying from Sonible. Speak with my money. There's thousands of other plugins developers. Plus, I already own plugins that practically do the same thing.
