Thanks for the reply. I believe I just found the issue 20 minutes ago. Theses are 16 bar phrases ideas I am laying down, and I looked under events list for the tracks and on two different projects the sustain pedal was depressed on the last notes on both projects and both tracks. Redo and now all is good.

I have this happen with BB-33, TSS1 VSTs they will hold a note indefinitely after I click the stop button. Any ideas Thanks
