Cakewalk is no longer my main DAW, but there are some Cakewalk plug-ins I want to use. The problem is, I can't get them authorized. So I decided to go through the Command Center to recover everything, but my log-in credentials are rejected. This is odd, because I was able to log into this forum using the password I had always used. So I initiated a request to reset my password. But the promised e-mail never came. Can anyone shed light on what's going on?
