  1. I don't think the driver is the issue. Same fast envelope but applied as track volume automation works just fine. The erratic above example happened also while having other elements in the track playing flawlessly - drums, synths, compressors... Only that one white noise track with clip gain automation applied behaved on its own way... ... Tried same thing in Reaper and Ableton Live Lite - works just fine, as expected.
  2. From a white noise wav file i've created a 1/8 note (250msec) long clip. Used then Clip Gain Automation to create a 50msec burst. The envelope segments are in linear mode. Then arranged them in a 4/4 pattern : During playback in loop, sometimes the first loop won't sound at all, the next all 4 events may play, then some skip... Sometimes just one clip sounds and no more after. Or it sounds on beat 1 and 3... If i bounce the clip/s or export the audio - the pulses are there, rendered OK. Doing the same automation but as Track Volume Automation, works just fine during playback. No hiccups or random behavior. ... I had the same issue once while doing a Clip Gain Automation on a Kick drum sample. Latter, i don't know how it "stabilized" its self. ... Tried switching from WASAPI Shared to other Driver modes - same behavior. ... Thoughts? Thanks!
