The Kolfoniks

Hi all! I'm getting a hissing reverb that goes on for like 1-2 seconds depending on how hard I hit the Drums. The hiss is really loud and the then fades out to a sudden stop. I've tried different bits and all that but whatever I change it sounds the same. I get the hiss both with EZ Drummer 2 and with SI-Drums, but only in Cakewalk!
