  1. A great idea these "original" series at this price. A gateway drug to the larger Spitfire range.
  2. for us EU based people, best service is a little more tax aware than AD - (just sayin' )
  3. thanks larry - no release notes..and I'd forgotten what a big download that is
  4. thanks larry/canopus just the push I needed
  5. also available at AD - with deluxebucks
  6. thanks Larry - this might be my chance to get adaptiverb anybody know if the other plugs in the design bundle (morph and wormhole) are worth having ?

    XLN updates

update to AD2 and AK run the XLN online installer to update
  9. yes, wouldn't run on my old ipad - runs great on my phone and more modern ipad. The uninstaller is pretty good and cleans up after itself so very little risk giving it a go. I suspect some of the reviews are for the older version, it's much improved. Best remote app I've tried.
  10. I'm to busy reading Larry's deals on this forum to even find the time to actually buy anything new, never mind playing with it for five minutes, never mind learning anything
  11. I feel your pain - but the offer is open until christmas day I think, so you won't miss out. it does mean that that the track you are working on today , which was destined to be a Grammy Award winner if only it had that new plugin, will now miss out on the top spot ....that's my excuse anyway
  12. Got it downloaded eventually......and that's a nice reverb this reverb plus the NI Raum means it be a great couple of days for freeverbs - both 100% usuable (i'll just pop these in the drawer marked 'nice reverbs'.....currently about 1,353 reverbs in there but more is always better) Minor whinge, Arturia make a great GUI but why do the link to their website when you click the the PDF link....why not just download it to your computer. At times like this, when their website is collapsing, it a waste of time. Either way, great freebie.
  13. whilst we wait for Arturia to upgrade to a 21st century scalable CDN ......it's worth looking at this: https://www.avid.com/products/avid-control Recently updated and I'm using with cubase/ipad - and it's very good indeed. The documentation shows how to install in various DAW by the time you've installed and configured it you might have today's free reverb installed too ? You need a (free) Avid account to download the pc/mac software. The remote runs on IOS/android and in a surprise move..Amazon fire devices.... 100% free
  14. but we must have this reverb immediately - the success of my next track relies on it
  15. thanks zinct - yet another plug I don't use that much so no real loss....but I hate to miss out on a freebie (is that the definition of greed ? 😡)
  16. I passed on this anyway - I just tried to remember the last time I actually looked at them....I couldn't
  17. might go for this - not sure why it's cheaper to upgrade each one individually than the bundle ?
  18. Totally agree with @ZincT I was a bit snooty about ezkeys, cos I is a proper musician and all that - the name and the idea of dumbing down put me off. But I bought it recently as a shortcut to doing some piano parts. It's really, really good......and at that price !!! I think that's the most useful pack too. You can always use that to trigger your existing sounds too. Win/Win plus I got the groove3 subscription as part of the izotope deal earlier this year - very useful. I'm not sure if I'll renew when it runs out but the videos are very good.
  19. at my age I can't afford to wait 😱😁

    8DIO Christmas Sales

I'll grab the freebie obviously still zero interest in Insolidus at that price even with 66 trombones (shouldn't that be 76?)
  21. 10% off if you sign up to the newsletter - or if Dennis sends you a link. I normally buy all his stuff - it's so cheap it's not worth thinking about. It's always good to support small developers like him. it's a 3gig download btw
  22. that picked acoustic is LOADS of fun - I'm a guitar player so I have no excuse....but it sounds much much better than me (strictly speaking isn't that hard) highly recommend
  23. great minds think alike so did I
