I'm the same as Grem - I have more or less everything Toontrack........... but EZmix, not really sure - even at that price.

toontrack are on fire at the moment !

worth bearing mind Indiependent is one of the older libraries (2015) - not nearly as deeply sampled as some of the newer stuff. Not saying it's not a good library but IMO the more recent stuff is better - obviously though it needs SD3

I have to say I quite like how it sounds too - I haven't got many libraries for it but the ones I do have sound great

yes - but I said £36.95 (in UK money) - depending on country and exchange rate I then said "It might work out cheaper for some" If I bought at today's exchange rate from ADSR for example it would cost around £43 (ish)

it's £36.95 at pluginboutique - might work out cheaper for some plus you get a freebie / virtual cash / rewards too (smells of the usual InMusic fire sale but whatever!)

I totally agree with @TheSteven Please, these are serious issues, let's not trivialise them by discussing them in terms of wether we buy drum library or not ! Additionally I believe it belittles and disrespects the debate to attempt simplify it into UNINFORMED soundbites......and then express a complex and nuanced debate in a tweet.... or even a deals forum (in my opinion!) Pitchfork politics !

both updates installed fine for me on windows 10 although I get an error message on AT when I try to access Tone.Net "Unable to connet to Tone.Net" (complete with the spelling mistake )

Most of the freebies we are seeing recently are just about harvesting email addresses so they can bombard with BF deals. (not complaining - its always good to get a freebie) so freebie = sale coming up

BFD3 is total clusterf*ck at the minute but at $49 I think it's well worth a punt. @PavlovsCat - one for you I think ? has a good selection of sounds - much better bet than the 8dio stuff (IMO) bear in mind no VST3 and the promised M1 support is long, long, long overdue.

I'm running v13 and v14 - plus the waveshells (for vst) have multiple versions even with the same 'series' - ie v14.0.1 v14.02 etc meaning most people are using multiple versions even if it's all V14
