  1. It is a project containing audio, and synths. No stretching. I will try out your suggestion. I suspect its a plugin I am just confused how its affecting other tracks that is has no connection to as well. I also have tried multiple drivers/audio interfaces. I tried a behringer, a focusrite, a MOTU and they all have the same issue. I might just have to record a video on my phone of it because it never exports like that. Only in playback.
  2. As the title says, now and then when I am playing back a project the audio will fade out very rapidly, about in a second or two. Then it will be dead silent for a bit. Then some (not all) of the tracks start clipping with bass glitchy noise and the whole project comes back. I am not sure but I think it might be Kontakt doing it? But that confusing part is if you look at all the tracks and buses some of them max out and start clipping like crazy when the project fades back in. When it fades back in its this really strange bass noise that doesn't seem to be particularly related to the music like its not like a low pass filter. Cakewalk does not report any audio dropout during these episodes. If it is one plugin causing it I am confused how it seems to screw the whole project and other tracks it would not possibly be connected to while its glitching out. Any ideas would be appreciated thanks in advance.
  3. Just want to let anyone know that sees this that I solved it by lowering the render buffer from 200ms to 50ms.
  4. It happens when freezing only. It happens on songs with and without tempo changes. I have plenty of RAM for the project 32GB. Ryzen 5950x cpu so that should not be an issue either... Hopefully lol...
  5. Strange problem that started occurring recently. Not exactly sure when, sometime in the last 5-6 months. I went to do final exports of these old fairly large projects 40-80 tracks. Not much automation. Mostly audio tracks and 5-10 fairly beefy synths like omnisphere. Anyways my problem is, I freeze a synth and it comes out all glitched like if its supposed to be a 16th note arpeggio I get glitchy sounding eighth notes. Some audio tracks like guitars with amp sims randomly render as silence when frozen. I was fooling around with it and it seems like if I disable random plugs in the fx bins I can get it to render better but none of it comes out 100% as heard during normal playback. However regular playback without freezing plays perfectly fine. Also if I do a song export and choose live rendering it works perfectly fine. However I get seemingly random glitches if I export with the regular rendering not the live rendering. Any idea what might be doing this? I am getting by using the live rendering and I have a fairly beefy computer Ryzen 5950x / 32gb ddr4 / 2tb nvme so it hasn't been killing me doing the live rendering but I would like to have quicker renders for the songs and doing the non-live render goes much quicker.
