Tonphobie

Hey there :) Is it able to make a full backup within every personal presets and plugins and so on?? And how can I do that? I need to reset my PC... And after all I need all informations and presets in Cakewalk again of cause... Do you understand my problem? Or isn't it able and all my personal informations are crashed? Thanks for help :)
