Has a Tina Guo vibe.  I'd like to hear this winding down from a night out.

I don't know who Tina Guo is, but I am going to google her... thanks for listening David...

I Loved your choice of instruments in this and the "air" surrounding them. I especially liked the violin at the outro , at times it sounded like more of an Arabic bowed instrument. I really liked the tone of it and it could easily produce a haunting sound if played in a minor key.  I very much enjoyed this clean mix and excellent moves in the melody's. Enjoyed it .. mark

Actually the violin instrument used is a GUARNERI VIOLIN (it was made in Cremona Italy 17th and 18th centuries) sampled by native instruments, it is one of my new favorite instruments, beautiful realistic portamento. each note is sampled individually, and no pitch shifting.

The mix is pristine (see Kevin's comment) -- that synth violin can really sound poignant and you did good work arranging this to bring out that aspect.~~Allan.

    Thanks for listening Allan.

I'm always taken aback at how clean synth-based track mixes are, a momentary surprise at the start, then I'm into it. Really great lead sounds here! I would have sworn you have an electric slide guitar in there.  Really nice,  smooth and relaxing melody. Great work!

Thanks for listening, I just listened to this track again, need to make some fixes to the portamento violin voice, timing is of at few points.

    Fixed.

I enjoyed this very much. I thought the choice of the different instruments coming in and out was really nice. I found the whistle like instrument a little loud and the first time the vocal came in it was a little too artificial sounding , like maybe pitched a little high. Other than that it was Fantastic! The stabs were perfect.  After hearing this I checked out Heavyocity , it's now on the list.    Great production ..  mark

thanks for listening, version 2 I am going to make some improvements, to address some of the recommendations.

    thanks for listening.

Heavyocity creates great products, I have couple of their libraries, but this is by far my favorite.

I liked this Pcode.  What did you use for the ostinati?  I'd change up the chord progression a little more, maybe a modulation here and there.  The solo instruments and voices sound amazing.

Not a bad idea, I will try that, I though ending was bit flat, and chords too predictable,  as for ostinato, I used  heavyocity vocalise2. Amazing stuff...

Well done!  It gave me a sense of anxiety, so now I'm gonna have to listen to some blues.  You've shown that even your prison can have no walls.

lol anxiety, that wan't the intent, but yeah G Major is an uplifting Key/Mode but yeah I do struggle with melody continuation and chord progressions and that often give me anxiety.

It's pretty groovy! Nice mix, I can hear everything pretty cleanly. In the intro, the flute instrument might be just a bit overbaked with compression? It's a little crispy, I can hear the saturation pretty heavily. That might be just what you were after.

Personal choices being what they are, I would have preferred a fade out ending, as opposed to just dumping us out at the end of a synth patch feature.

    cheers,

Thanks for the feedback Tom, we'll make some improvement in the final iteration ...

    Nice song.  What's it  about?

The song is about longevity of love, something along the lines for lets turn these "moments" into millennia  by looking into each other eyes... type 90s blue pill stuff.

    Nice mix.
I like the quality on the vocal...
Did you glitch the vocal near the end?

Sorry been away for a bit, music does not pay the bills here... perhaps I did, I am going to have to revisit that....

Terrific song. Good mix and very clear vocal. Effective reverb.
Not so sure about the vibrato effect near the end though.
I don't know anything about Urdu music but did you use a particular scale in this song?

Couple of notes I wrote while listening
    1:13 auto tune effect?
    1:31 bass glitch?

Thanks for listening, bjornpdx, vibrato was just an experimental thing, to create variation,....and it's ok, if you don't know much about Urdu music, I don't known much about music LOL! just kidding, I am an expert when it comes to music, just not the good kind , J/K!  I will check out the glitch at 1:31?  and fix the "auto tune" as well, I am not a great singer, in any language I assure you that, need help now and again in pitch department...
