I also found the presentation a bit wearing and ended up skipping over most of Rikk's parts - but - the software looks great. Now please do the same thing for EzKeys!5 points

If you took advantage of other recent freebies, you should only "need" 31 (warning: if you felt you needed duplicates, you may want to check with a health professional if your GAS is entering its final stages...)5 points

Just to be nice to the guy who is having the promotion, why not give a like to his video! ? It is also a good educational video!5 points

It irks me knowing that I'm going to throw $40 away to get this, even getting 11 for the price of 1, because I will be upgrading to Total Studio Max 4 when it's released, and this $40 would be part of that price...but I do want to help others out in the group buy, and I'm a man of my word, and I said when it hits 10 I'd be in, so time to jump!4 points

I thought Rikk was funny, and just a bit over the top. But a good explainer!3 points

I was looking over the fine-print on this Group Buy and Pete has let me down again. No free Keyboard ? What the Fudge is going on3 points

I still think with how many GB's these sampled libraries take up they should come with a tag-along Group Buy for Hard Drives3 points

This EZdrummer 3 upgrade appears to be living up to, or exceeding, most expectations for EZdrummer 2 users! I'm glad that I pre-ordered!3 points

Make sure you log into your Cherry Audio account to see what discounts you may have earned there. For example, the Year 3 Collection is priced at $49.82 for me, since I already own a couple of the included bundles. That's significantly less than the full sale price at EP.3 points

My forum handle before I switched to TheMaartian/LeMaartien (US/France; my last name is Maar), was Ozric. I own all of their releases. ?? I've got some Eloy. My favorite is the sort-of recent double live Reincarnation On Stage. It's a banger. Don't know Djam Karet. Will have to check them out. And let's not forget Gong and Amon Düül II (saw them live in Munich a couple of times in '71; I was stationed in Augsburg). But you're right. Today needs to be a T.D. day. There's a lot of live TD on YouTube. I picked this one from the Alter Oper (Old Opera House) in Frankfurt because I've been to shows there. I know, I know, no Klaus Schulze (only Edgar Froese), but I like this one.3 points

Hi there, I am Bulent Biyikoglu, THE developer. It has been a long while since we stopped supporting SynthMaster CM or SynthMaster BE (the magazine versions). When you say SynthMaster CM are you referring to SynthMaster CM or SynthMaster Player CM ?3 points
-
I guess that would depend on the upgrade price. Usually more content is added by then for TR5 and AT5. Just face it as much as we dislike some policies of IK, we still like to impulse buy.2 points

The value for the money is ridiculous. All the "if it had this it would be way better" have been brought in. I like the policy of the company. Not updating every year with meaningless add ons, but bringing solid value from one version to the other.2 points

Larry, please feel free to save your $40. While your generous offer is sincerely appreciated, I'm pretty certain we can make it without your donation!2 points

I’m always curious about 1 post wonders. They did return on the 19th by which time there was a bunch of good replies. So in this case it’s one of the most common where they ask a question, get an answer, but do not respond. My favourite is when the thread goes on for 2 pages, Nobody seems to notice the OP never responded, and someone digs it up 2 years later and asked the 1 post wonder OP if they ever solved the issue.2 points

I was wondering the same thing. In spite of how many different Pultecs I have, I always seem to keep coming back to this one. So I'm wondering about the Fairchild 670 too...2 points

The Help Module is context sensitive and will show a summary of the control you're hovering over. Pressing the "Y" key will bring up the help module. Pressing F1 is also context sensitive, but will go to the overall section that control lives in ( e.g. Tracks View, Clips View, PRV etc ). This is built into Windows. Press Windows Key & "+" key to enable it; Windows Key & Esc to disable it. If you just want finer control, holding the SHIFT key when moving a control will move it at a much finer level. If you don't want something docked, un-dock it, close it and save as a custom workspace. Alternatively just hit "D" to hide the multi-dock. We'll consider this.2 points

Uhm, all you really need to do is just run Synthmaster 2 or Player and you will be prompted. You will not find anything on the Synthmaster (KV331) website regarding the update until you sign in and then go to downloads. Kind regards, tecknot2 points

Hi Bulent, I redid my steps (reinstalled the old version) to make sure I give you the right information. It is the SynthMaster 2.9 Player. I got it from Computer Music, although I don't see a CM in the title of the app the setup file is called 'SynthMaster29PlayerSetupCM.exe'. I reinstalled it and after starting the stand alone player I was asked if I wanted to enable the weekly update check and responded yes. Then, when I restarted the stand alone player, I got this message: I clicked yes and it downloaded the update. I ran it and it installed correctly, but then the app won't start anymore. If you think this matters and want my help testing it, I will be glad to help. Otherwise, don't spend too much time on this.2 points

Paul Allen is a musician, and $65M is pocket change to him. It could be as simple as that. Wouldn't you donate some pocket change to help a developer you appreciated? I happily paid for SONAR for years. I'd happily pay for CbB, too, although I think Craig's analysis is correct. Then again, I'd probably have been content to keep using SONAR 8.5 forever. IMO everything that's come along since has been frosting on the cake.2 points
