  2. Hey folks . . . first time posting a video. (I'm kind of new to music videos . . . whole different thing from my usual audio) This song was posted here about a month ago, where Mark Alan Skinner collaborated with me, and helped re-record WAITING ON A TRAIN . . . he's played acoustic guitars, mandolin and stand-up bass . . . so, then I had this video idea ! Free software, and free videos helped make this possible, as I have limited resources for this kind of thing . . . let me know what you think . . .

  4. Nice, but why is there still some unused wall space??! 🤔 😜
  5. This is a common text reply for me. (Said in my best Sean Connery voice of course! 😁)
  6. I tried Melodyne 4 but... gone! 🫤 Thanks a lot @Fwrend !
  7. Hmm. I didnt see anybody writing anything other than the facts. Nothing cruel, mocking or toxic. That’s said maybe I missed something.
  8. One unique soundtrack that stands out to me is the soundtrack to the movie "Interstellar" composed by Hans Zimmer. The music in this film is more than just background music; it is an integral part of the narrative and emotional journey of the characters. The soundtrack combines orchestral pieces with electronic elements that perfectly capture the vastness of space and the sense of wonder and discovery. Songs like "No Time for Warning" and "Mountains" evoke a sense of urgency and fear, while others like "Stay" and "Cornfield Chase" convey the emotional depth and longing of the artists. figure. What makes "Interstellar"'s music unique is the way it enhances the visual experience of the film and creates a powerful connection with the audience, elevating it beyond just a soundtrack to an audio experience truly immersive. My dzwonki na telefon is this movie soundtrack
  9. Anyone have feedback on forbidden planet? I already have my bases pretty covered orchestrally, but the orchestrator function in Hollywood orchestra seems like fun and if forbidden planet adds some value I might bite.
  10. I don't know what is wrong with every company just offering both straight up, a Subscription and a Perpetual License and let the user buy what they choose, which is essentially what PreSonus has done, if you want a subscription you can buy it, if you want a Perpetual License you buy it. I would surely be pissed off if they took away the Perpetual license, don't know if i would be pissed off enough to leave, but . . . The only thing wrong, well one of with that Hybrid stuff from PreSonus is that you would have to pay again every year to keep your perpetual license up to date. With the 'real' Perpetual license I only have to pay ever 24 to 30 months (2 to 2 1/2 years) thus far, started 2015 on v3, its now 2024 on v6. Updates or upgrades whatever from 1 version to the next is only $149, which you can get much cheaper at dealers, I use Best Service, last one was $109, not bad for a couple of years+, not as good as REAPER though, but way better 😉

Non members likely snapped them up and haven't commented to say they've used them if I had to guess.
  12. The problem with WK is that he squandered any sympathy he had by continuing to do all the same wrong things even after he promised to change. We've seen him continue to fail to deliver on promises. We've seen him continue to spam us with emails (after promising us not to) where he comes across as if he thinks its his duty to support him. Some people have seen what he has done and will conclude that he is a grifter who is either faking his mental issues or leveraging them to get sympathy. Others might see his behavior as a sign of addiction. His behavior could be due to a failure to make any progress with his mental conditions. Those are all opinions, and while they can't all be right none of those suppositions is entirely unreasonable. The facts are that he keeps doing the same things that earned him so much ill will in the first place.

Yes 🥺 , after that I tried redeeming my ozone 11 element, and it worked
  14. It depends on how many changes were made since the last time you saved. Like lots of midi editing and changing settings. All that will add to slow saving time. So best to keep saving as you work. Other things that I’ve noticed are leaving regional effects un rendered and audio snap.
  15. I use track templates one click, actually 2.
  16. I don't think that is what got him banned. There were plenty of broken promises also in group buys. It takes lot to get banned at KVR and I'm surprised they haven't deleted all searches and posts.
  17. Thank you for your fine responses, now deviating a little but staying with the 'Soon' theme, what would you say would be the outer limit in time to the usage of the word 'soon'. For example 'Coming Soon' when would it be no longer 'soon', 1 month, 2 months, 8 months, a year, or is it open ended? A lot of folk seem to be unhappy with Cakewalks use and understanding of the term 'soon', what gives? I don't believe it would align with Promidi's post above, so what is it to be understood as. and are people right to be unhappy, angry even with the Cakewalk 'Soon'?
  18. It's mostly those i vst3. 8 of my DAWs reject them.
  19. I browsed through the 15(!) page thread on KVR, and there appear to be some people unhappy with some spamming(understatement). But, the guy does appear to be a real developer... even has a series of videos on how Station was coded. The VST looks like it might be pretty cool, so I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and grab it. Programmers can be a little weird (<cough>insane<cough>) so I'll just assume that maybe he got caught up in some evil marketing scheme. I created a junk email account specifically for it, so if it starts receiving spam, especially from any other sites, I'll know the source. He's obviously had some spamming issues in the past... even the order confirmation email was flagged as spam: Oh, and it doesn't state it up front, but you'll need to download a 16GB file for the waveforms and presets...

You've tried all remaining serials? I know they've not all been used unless since this post. These are all personal serials of mine received through other purchases and up until this point, unused as I have full versions of each of them. Sorry if that is the case but perhaps they have been used and not reported here?!
  21. Load your midi file Instead of importing it. Did you route your MIDI tracks to Hollywood Opus Strings? This is set in the In/Out section of your MIDI track. See: http://legacy.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=Cakewalk&language=3&help=0x2043F
  22. Ah, you need no definition of 'jibba jabba', being a fine exponent of the art of 'jibber jabbery ' The label was a fine piece of work used quite humorously.
