Mapping Boss drum machine to ezDrummer 2 in SONAR

I have a Dr. Rhythm DR-670 drum machine as well as an external midi drum pad that both have the same problem.  They have 4 toms available but only the lower 3 activate the toms in ezDrummer.  The high tom activates an ezDrummer crash cymbal instead of a high tom.

Is there an easy way in SONAR to make the high tom map to a high tom in the ezDrummer kit?

If the devices do not have a way to set which MIDI notes they send or you just want to do it CbB look at drum maps and the Transpose MFX. Both can create MIDI translation tables.
