Changes to "Custom Module" are not sticking? (Solved)

I can't get changes to the Custom Module to stick. After I make the changes I click save but when I close CbB and then reopen and then reopen the song the Custom Module has reverted back to the previous settings. I have studied the below link and I don't see where I am doing anything incorrectly. Would anyone have any suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong?

Probably workspace related

• Create a new workspace from the current factory workspace
• Customize the new workspace as needed and save it
• Use the custom workspace
