Amicus717 Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 ...Lee Holdridge, Grammy Award winning composer, just complimented my piece "A Song for the Trillium Queen" (a track which I posted on the old songs forum last year). This happened over at the Steinberg Forum, where I posted the track about a year ago. Sayeth Mr Holdridge: "Excellent cue Rob! As good as your midi is, it would still be great to hear it with a live orchestra!" I love the man's music, and have been listening to his stuff for many years. So that is, well, kind of damn cool... 4

jude77 Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 I just took a listen. That's a beautiful piece. I think the fact that you pulled it off with midi is all the more amazing. 1

Just took a listen myself (actually found it on the old forum with the forum search, who'd a thunk?), and stuck around for more of your work; I am impressed! You should add a link in your post. Oh, I'll do it! Tom 1
Amicus717 Posted December 18, 2019 Author Posted December 18, 2019 That is very kind of you to say, Tom. Thanks a lot.
