Amicus717
...Lee Holdridge, Grammy Award winning composer, just complimented my piece "A Song for the Trillium Queen" (a track which I posted on the old songs forum last year). This happened over at the Steinberg Forum, where I posted the track about a year ago. Sayeth Mr Holdridge: "Excellent cue Rob! As good as your midi is, it would still be great to hear it with a live orchestra!" I love the man's music, and have been listening to his stuff for many years. So that is, well, kind of damn cool...

Perhaps you should ask him whether he's willing to lend you his.

jude77
I just took a listen. That's a beautiful piece. I think the fact that you pulled it off with midi is all the more amazing.

Just took a listen myself (actually found it on the old forum with the forum search, who'd a thunk?), and stuck around for more of your work; I am impressed! You should add a link in your post. Oh, I'll do it! Tom
