Fader and Pan controls in Track view

I've seen some screen shots of the Track view where there are small faders and pan controls within the Audio Track Strip. In some cases it would be nice to be able to make volume and pan changes without opening the Inspector View...any tips on how I could add those controls?

Set the Track Control drop down to "All" and adjust the track size to see the controls

Wooops - never mind, I just found it. It's a lens seting.
