Roman1967 Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago I used to use Sonar based on a CD many many years ago so I am not a complete beginner, but today I decided to give it a go and use some multitrack software and make some music. Of course, immediately a big issue came up. No input. I want to set the input to use audio from files on my PC and later add audio tracks using my microphone. But first I need the input from the very computer I am using sonar with. Could you help me? I am using windows 11 and am pretty simpleminded when it comes to computers and software.
Roman1967 Posted 12 hours ago Author Posted 12 hours ago I have already found the solution but I am sure I will have more questions later. 1
57Gregy Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago For anyone else who stumbles upon this thread, if all you're doing is importing files, you don't need an input. Of course, you will if you later want to record audio along with those files. 1
