I created a short test track using Orange Tree Sample's free Jazz Funk Drum samples.   I love vintage jazz kits.  This is a small vintage kit using vintage 20's, 30's, and 60's era drums.  Perfect for small club jazz piano trio etc.   The samples are unedited in any way, no panning etc.   Playing with the Plogue sfozando sample player in Cakewalk Sonar.  I did add a touch of room space effect.

Let me know what you think!

I can't play drums, just keys.   So I found two midi drum loops in the Cakewalk Content folder and edited them to fit, and added a few extra hits here and there, to sound more human.   The bass line is also a midi clip that I made edits with.

Note- the track has been corrected.  The first post mix was messed up, two drum tracks were playing together.    The track is now fixed (play in the first post) and now the drum kit is mixed correctly, which is how they recorded it.  I did no mixing on the drums.  And now you can hear how nice this kit sounds.
