Hard to say for sure Satya, but they say 6 free plugins and they have 6 of the little / jr versions and they are:

• Little Plate
• Devil-Loc
• Little Radiator
• Little PrimalTap
• Little MicroShift
• EchoBoy Jr.

None of those ones in the list have a price to buy them, whereas Little AlterBoy shows $49, so I suspect not.

But Soundtoys have been really generous in the past, so who knows
