I migrated from Cakewalk to Sonar, paid my membership, but, when I open Sonar, it still wants me to purchase a membership to use the those services above basic. I have tried reinstalling, double checking my membership etc. I was able to get through this same issue with the Product Center by logging out and back in again. Except the Studio Instruments, which shows it downloading, but never changes to Installed (on the left side in green). It remains at Install (on the right). Seeking advice. Thanks! 1

Promidi Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago From Sonar’s help menu, try signing out then signing in again. If that does not work, try signing out then signing in again from the Cakewalk Product Centre.
Noel Borthwick Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago The other most common cause is signing in with a different user ID. Ensure that you are signed in within Sonar with the same ID that you purchased your membership with.
