Can't get the Membersip add-ons on Sonar, even though I have an active membership

Greetings all.

I migrated from Cakewalk to Sonar, paid my membership, but, when I open Sonar, it still wants me to purchase a membership to use the those services above basic. I have tried reinstalling, double checking my membership etc. 

I was able to get through this same issue with the Product Center by logging out and back in again. Except the Studio Instruments, which shows it downloading, but never changes to Installed (on the left side in green). It remains at Install (on the right).

Seeking advice. Thanks!

From Sonar’s help menu, try signing out then signing in again.  

If that does not work, try signing out then signing in again from the Cakewalk Product Centre.
