This lists for $200 and ALWAYS sells for $147.  I bought it before and it's insanely fast.   3500 MB/s if you have a way to plug an M.2 into your computer. 
You can't connect this via SATA. You need to either put it on your motherboard or get a PCIe card.

I am so much happier with this than my Samsungs.  I've been watching for another deal every time I go to Amazon, and of course, all day today.

This deal only lasts for another 4 hours or so and is 80% claimed.

I was on the waiting list for 5 minutes and just picked this up. 106$ free shipping (I am not Amazon Prime member)

I have been a big Samsung fan but this is too cheap and read speeds are too fast to pass up.

Sorry, I didn't put the link in right away.  I was typing quickly.  I didn't want people to miss out on the deal, but at the same time, not everybody knows everything about M.2 NVMe drives.  They are very fast, but only if you can hook them up right.

Some motherboards will disable a pair of SATA ports for each M.2 Ultra SSD installed.

 

Some motherboards will allow you to run a single M.2 Ultra SSD (using four PCIe lanes) without disabling a pair of SATA ports.

If you install a second M.2 Ultra SSD (using four PCIe lanes), the motherboard will typically disable a pair of SATA ports.

 

Some motherboards have three M.2 slots... and one less PCIe slot.

With these motherboards, you can typically install two M.2 Ultra SSDs without a pair of SATA ports being disabled.

 

If you've got a full-length PCIe slot available, you can put a M.2 Ultra SSD on a PCIe host card (requires a full-length PCIe slot - needs four PCIe lanes).

This provides a means of avoiding disabled SATA ports (when installing a second or third M.2 Ultra SSD).

 

In short, you've got to read the fine print.

I'm on Windows, so I've looked for that.  I imagine there are ones for Macs too. 
Both of these have 4 SATA ports and will work on a PCIe 1 lane interface,  That is good news for me,  because I have two free one lane ones, but only one 4 lane PCIe left.

This one is $26, but you have to jump through a lot of hoops to use it, like a Windows install.

This one is $33, but doesn't mention any requirements like that. 

Both of these ship from China. 

I remember seeing one before that had a lot more SATA ports, but these will be more than enough for me.  Although I will keep shopping to see if I can get more ports, if I think I will need it.  I'm pretty set for a long time now with the ADATA.
