I can't upgrade from version 1 at UAD website, even though I bought it directly there. I don't know if this upgrade will really work from version 1.

Same...but I bought mine at Audio Deluxe and registered it with UAD and still says that I'm "not eligible" to upgrade.
I sent a support ticket at 7 am this morning...nothing yet

The UAD backend is a shitshow. Might be you bought a bundle that had the exact same items as in Signature V1 yet it thinks you don't own it.

Bot support at UAD says that version 1 is not eligible for an upgrade, while other retailers are selling it...

Well, from the V2, 99€ seems pretty expensive regarding the new plugins...(+ I allready own several of them)

I think Lars is saying he bought V1 at Audio Deluxe initially, not now.

I had bought V1 from Plugin Discounts.

I contacted Plugin Boutique support, sent them the receipt for my V1 purchase and they gave me link for purchasing the upgrade.

I got the code and registered it successfully to my UA account.
