DeeringAmps
@kitekrazy1 I should have stated this is an upgrade price. I guess I hoped @cclarry would weigh in and let me know if this might be a no-brainer. t

DeeringAmps
@kitekrazy1 You are correct sir! That's how I bought it in the first place, Sorta of like "Never pay retail at IKM", 30 days after a new item is released it will be dirt cheap.... Thank you for reminding me of the obvious! t
kitekrazy1
Older Magix products always seem to work fine in Windows. I still prefer Soundforge because I've always used it,

Thank you for reminding me of the obvious! t The other thing is to read the EULA. Magix is different from Boris. This is why I asked for you to post a link. There is some confusion for those of us who have Magix licenses. Soundforge and Acid are Magix but Vegas,,is different. Starship Krupa
I got Vegas Pro 21 the last time it was Humble Bundled by MAGIX. That was a pretty big update for me because it added VST3 support as well as expanded the use of GPU's for rendering. After that, I'm not sure new features would be anything I would use. Here's the link, the upgrade price for just Vegas Pro without the other stuff is $99: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/vegas-pro/pricing/ Edited Wednesday at 10:48 PM by Starship Krupa 1

I still admire Acid Pro since it's really not a complicated DAW. I think some have ditched Vegas for the free version of Resolve. Interesting now there is a vegascreativesoftware site and not the usual Magix site. It still links you to Magix when paying.

It has the whiff of spin-off. I hadn't recalled that they dropped the tiered versions, Vegas Pro Edit, etc.
