Same here. Can't get Band Lab to reactivate my Cakewalk Sonar paid subscription.

 

EDIT: Update, Bandlab reactivated Cakewalk Sonar, back up and running.

Despite getting the Log-in timeout error, Sonar (Paid) is still working here. I am able to load, save and export projects without problems. So far. 

 

Clearly being unable to use a subscription product within the subscribed period would be unacceptable and reason to choose not to renew.
