PhonoBrainer Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Such a good mix, clarity in the extreme. So good. Your tunes are usually well mixed. modern in the current style, only I think your songs themselves are more interesting than the popular ones. cheers, -Tom 1
bmarlowe Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Great sounding overall mix. Octave vocals very effective. 1

Good Luck with that. Any new vst's or instruments? I'd start freezing tracks and check in task manager for excessive cpu usage . Something will eventually show up. Sure hope this doesn't slow you down too much .. ms
timboalogo Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Nice song, excellent mix! Perfect choice of snare. And a great bass guitar sound too. If I had to get nitpicky, I'd pick on the volume of the vox. There's times like @1:10 where the singer's lovely vocal volume drops a little too much. Maybe some automation would help. Songwise, you've got some nice change ups going on, one was unexpected @1:20 and sounded great ... And yeah, the sax is a beautiful addition - just the right amount of verb on it! The vox really has the sound of being tuned. Not in a bad way though. How did you pull it off? Is it doubled somehow? Thanks for sharing, Timbo
subvibe Posted November 6 Author Posted November 6 Hi @timboalogo Thanks for listening & your comments there is no autotune or melodyn some of the harmonies are sung in some i double tracked & pitch shifted them also sometimes i use CLA plugin on the vocals it gives a slight doubling fx subvibe
