freddy j Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Not a big fan of Michael Jackson but I really like this version of the song. The reggae touch was brilliant. Of course (as always) the mix, performances, instrumentation, vocals, etc. were very well done! The narration at the end was also a nice touch. Terrific work by all!! 1 1

timboalogo Posted October 31 Posted October 31 Always been a fan of Michael's, and Fizzy Pickle has done an excellent cover! At this tempo I can actually understand the lyrics, like "there ain't no second chance against the thing with 40 eyes"! Plus, I never realized that there is a bit of reggae to this song. Great mix on this, the bass sounds most excellent. Nice singing job on the lead and backing vox, too. My sole complaint is a bit of sibilance on the lead vox, e.g. @ 40s. Props, Timbo 1 1
Makke Posted November 2 Posted November 2 Excellent version… great vocs and playing… well done record and mix sounds good. 1 1

FreeEarCandy Posted November 9 Posted November 9 That was nice work. Really enjoyed the take and the old cartoons. I'm trying to remember who did the narration at the end on the original. Was it Vincent Price? 1 1
