I made an autohotkey V2 script that clears the Picture Cache.

It grabs the location from the AUD.INI file

It does work on my PC, but if someone wants to test it on their PC, I have posted the ahk file.

Note: I have compiled the EXE and added to the Sonar Tools menu.  

I posted the ahk file rather than the compiled EXE so you can have a look at the code.
