Colin Nicholls Posted September 30 Posted September 30 (edited) I've admired Ken Parker's designs for years; more recently enjoyed his Archtoppery series on Youtube - fantastic stuff even if you are not an engineer or luthier, to see a genius craftsman at work, willingly sharing his insights and techniques. Now he needs help paying for cancer treatment. If you are able to, please consider dropping a few $ on his GoFundMe: https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-ken-...le-with-cancer Archtoppery on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@kenparkerarchtoppery9440 Edited October 1 by Colin Nicholls fixed the url link to the gofundme
Notes_Norton Posted October 2 Posted October 2 The one on the right was a custom job - P-Rail pickups. They sold a few more after mine and called it DF522NN (for Notes Norton), definitely the closest thing I will ever have to a signature model After the first DF, I missed the P90 sound. So the Duncans give me P90, Rail, Series Humbucker and Parallel Humbucker tones, plus the piezo under the bridge. I dont use the Piezo by itself, I have a pedal that makes a better acoustic tone, but I sometimes blend it with the mag pickups for more twang.
