Allen & Heath CQ-18T Compact 18-Channel Digital Mixer with Touchscreen?

When I saw the size of this mixer and it's capabilities U I was immediately intrigued.

Anyone have any experience or good or bad things to say about this mixer? I looked at the 12T also, but for appx $300 you get much more and size isn't that much different.

I have wanted something digital for a long time-not for playing out, I have mixers for that, I want this for my little home Studio, aka extra Bedroom......

looks like a great tool for a live performance role. parametric feedback killer, auto noise reduction, simplified settings for instruments with option to tweak.

+1, no experience with it personally, but the unit looks nice. The only concern I had was with the touchscreen and a search says that is glass (I am assuming Gorilla Glass, doesn't specify thickness, but it is recessed into the unit)... just something to be mindful of as a potential impact area (if using at home only, that shouldn't be any issue). If you get one, it would be good to hear thoughts once you get to try it out!
